1. Air freezing and separation

Therefore, since the first low-temperature air separation oxygen generator was developed in 1903, this oxygen generation method has been widely used.
2. Molecular sieve oxygen production method
Taking advantage of the fact that nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules, a special molecular sieve is used to separate oxygen from the air. First, the compressor forces the dry air to enter the vacuum adsorber through the molecular sieve, the nitrogen molecules in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and the oxygen enters the adsorber. When the oxygen in the adsorber reaches a certain amount (the pressure reaches a certain level), the oxygen outlet valve can be opened to release the oxygen.
After a period of time, the nitrogen absorbed by the molecular sieve gradually increases, the adsorption capacity decreases, and the purity of the oxygen produced decreases. It is necessary to use a vacuum pump to extract the nitrogen adsorbed on the molecular sieve, and then repeat the above process. This oxygen production method is also called adsorption method. Oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flows out from the outlet, and is stored in an oxygen buffer tank. The molecular sieve adsorbed in another tower is rapidly decompressed to analyze the adsorbed components. The two towers alternately circulate to obtain low-purity cheap oxygen ≥ 90%. The automatic valve switching of the entire system is automatically controlled by the computer.
