1. Compressed air purification components The compressed air provided by the air compressor is first passed into the compressed air purification component. The compressed air first removes most of the oil, water and dust through the pipeline filter, and then further removes water through the freeze dryer, and the fine filter removes oil and dust. And it is deeply purified by the ultra-fine filter that follows. 2. Air storage tank The function of the air storage tank is to reduce the airflow pulsation and play a buffering role. Reduce system pressure fluctuations, allowing compressed air to smoothly pass through the compressed air purification components. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched, it also provides a large amount of compressed air for the PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation device to rapidly increase the pressure in a short time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower rises quickly, ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the equipment. 3. Oxygen and nitrogen separation device There are two adsorption towers, A and B, in the 0.3Mpa industrial oxygen generator equipped with special molecular sieves. When the clean compressed air enters the inlet end of the A tower and flows to the outlet end through the molecular sieve, N2 is adsorbed by it, and the product oxygen flows out from the outlet end of the adsorption tower. After a period of time, the molecular sieve in Tower A is saturated with adsorption. At this time, tower A automatically stops adsorption, and compressed air flows into tower B to absorb nitrogen and produce oxygen, and regenerate the molecular sieve of tower A. 4. Oxygen buffer tank The oxygen buffer tank is used to equalize the pressure and purity of oxygen to ensure continuous supply of oxygen. At the same time, after the adsorption tower is switched, it will recharge part of its own gas back to the adsorption tower, on the one hand, it helps the adsorption tower to increase the pressure, and on the other hand, it also plays a role in protecting the bed layer, which plays a very important process in the operation of the equipment.
